Hear from our past learners:

The staff ware extremely friendly - they give clear explanations and make sure the course is engaging and interesting. They're helpful and understanding and really supported me to achieve my goals What I learned on the course proved to be a vital part in my employment.

This course was great for learning more about health and social care and how I can help people and make sure I provide a high level of care. I really appreciated how they outlined the different progression opportunities - it made me feel positive about the future.

Meet Your Tutor: Catherine

"I’ve been part of the Futures team for the past two years and have been teaching Health and Social Care for five years overall. What I love most about being a tutor is seeing learners grow in confidence as they progress through their journey with us.

My teaching style is very much “get involved” — I encourage active participation and learning by doing. In the classroom, what matters most to me is creating a respectful environment where everyone feels comfortable asking questions and sharing their views and experiences.

And a fun fact about me? I’m absolutely obsessed with Formula 1 ."

Meet Your Tutor: Anita

Anita has been teaching Health and Social Care for 15 years - so you can be sure that she knows her stuff. She loves supporting her learners to change their lives and always makes sure her lessons are fun and engaging. When she's not teaching with Futures, she's being kept on her toes by Merlin and Miro, her Golden Retrievers.
