At just 19 years old, Filip was facing unemployment and uncertainty about his future when he was referred to Futures for support with job searching and career planning.
With limited experience and confidence, Filip needed guidance to take his first steps into the world of work. Through one-to-one support, he began building the skills and mindset needed to move forward.
Filip was unemployed and unsure how to begin his job search. He had been placed on a BTEC in Audio but lacked the tools and confidence to apply for roles. He needed help with CV writing, job applications, and understanding how to present himself to employers.

Richard provided consistent encouragement and practical advice, helping Filip feel more confident and focused in his job search.
I've found the information in the sessions has been useful in helping me find a direction, and Richard has been really eager to help me achieve my goals.
Filip is still seeking employment but now feels more confident and capable of applying for both short-term and long-term roles. He’s actively job searching and has a clearer understanding of his goals and how to achieve them.
