For those on zero-hours contracts or without access to essential tools like a laptop, finding secure work can feel impossible.
After struggling to find stable employment, Rose turned to Futures for guidance. With tailored support and practical tools, Rose not only regained confidence but also secured a role that excites her and offers the security she was looking for.
Rose was previously employed on a zero-hours contract and needed a more stable job after using her savings to purchase her home. Without a laptop or CV, applying for jobs was difficult, and she felt stuck and uncertain about her next steps.
