We helped K to find his confidence again

I had been bouncing from job to job for about two years and never finding the support I needed for my depression, anxiety and PTSD. I was constantly being looked over for positions and it led to me feeling like I was failing. My confidence and self-esteem were so badly affected that I didn't want to leave the house. It got to the point where I felt like I would never be able to achieve my goals. 

When I met with Paul I was still unsure about what I wanted to do, but he helped me to believe in my own ability. Together we were able to figure out that a career in Business Admin would be right for me, and he found me the courses to get started at Futures. 

He gave me all the support I needed to attend the Level 1 Business Admin course, and once I started it my confidence and self-esteem started to improve greatly. I've now achieved a Level 1 Business Admin qualification and an extra Employability award, and have started the Level 2 Business Admin course. 

I've always struggled to know what direction I want to go in. I was confused and unsure and my confidence held me back, but now I have direction, motivation, and the determination to achieve. I feel like I have a growing set of skills that will help me to achieve my aspirations.
