Operations Manager – Connect to Work Programme
Job Summary:
To lead and manage the delivery of the Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) element of the Connect to Work programme. Connect to Work is a government-funded supported employment initiative designed to help individuals facing barriers to work access and sustain employment. The Operations Manager will oversee strategic planning, contract management, performance monitoring, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful outcomes in line with contractual requirements.
The key objectives:
To manage and monitor delivery of Future’s Connect to Work Programme in line with contractual requirements.
Contribute to EMCCA’s Economic Growth Strategy through delivery of the programme.
To manager Connect to Work Team Leaders and the deployment of Employment Specialists
To manage and lead on the collection, collation and reporting of contractual information, data, spend and performance.
