What are we looking for?  

Careers Adviser – Bedfordshire 

Are you passionate about helping people unlock their potential and move forward in their careers? If so, we have an opportunity to join our Bedfordshire team as a Careers Adviser and make a real impact in your community. 

Location: Hybrid (Home-based + weekly travel across Bedfordshire) 

Grade: 5 (£28,700 - £32,031) 

Hours: Full-time (37 hours/week) but that’s not set in stone!

What you’ll do: 

Provide tailored careers advice and guidance to adults aged 19+ 
Support individuals into employment, education, or training 
Deliver engaging sessions both online and in-person 
Collaborate with partners and community networks 
Use labour market insights to inform career planning 
What we’re looking for: 

  • A qualified careers adviser, ideally level 4 or 6.  
  • Strong digital and communication skills
  • Experience supporting individuals with complex barriers
  • Full driving licence and ability to travel across Bedfordshire
