We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Employment Advisor to support people from a wide range of backgrounds to overcome challenges, build confidence and secure sustainable employment.
This is a rewarding role where you'll work one-to-one with participants, helping them identify their strengths, develop employment goals and take positive steps towards work and long-term career success.
What you'll be doing
👥 Managing and supporting a caseload of participants
🎯 Creating personalised employment action plans
💬 Delivering coaching, motivation and practical job-search support
🤝 Working with employers to identify suitable opportunities
🚧 Helping individuals overcome barriers to employment
🎉 Supporting participants before, during and after they enter work
📈 Achieving meaningful outcomes that transform lives and communities
