Are you a confident operations leader with a passion for adult skills and outstanding learner experiences? We’re looking for an Operations Manager – Skills to lead and shape the delivery of our adult Skills programmes, ensuring quality, impact and contract success.

🎯 Own performance – Manage Skills delivery against contractual KPIs, funding requirements and quality standards
📅 Shape delivery – Plan and manage timetables, tutor deployment and resources to maximise learner outcomes
👥 Lead with impact – Recruit, coach and inspire tutors to deliver engaging, high quality learning
🤝 Build partnerships – Collaborate with employers, funding bodies and internal teams to add value
📊 Use data smartly – Monitor performance, manage risk and provide clear reports and forecasts
🛡 Safeguard learners – Act as a Designated Safeguarding Officer and champion best practice
