💬 Do you want to make a real, lasting difference in the lives of young people?
We’re looking for a Personal Development Course Facilitator / Mentor to support young people aged 16–21 who are not currently in education, employment or training (NEET).

Commissioned by Nottingham City Council, this preventative, strengths‑based programme focuses on building confidence, resilience and employability skills for young people facing complex barriers.
You’ll deliver engaging group sessions and mentoring support, helping young people develop life skills and take positive steps towards education, training or work.

🎯 What you’ll be doing
✅ Deliver engaging group-based personal development programmes and 1:1 mentoring
✅ Build trusted, supportive relationships with young people
✅ Help young people overcome barriers to education, employment and training
✅ Work collaboratively with partner organisations and support services
✅ Track progress, outcomes and celebrate successes

🌱 Passionate about supporting young people and making a difference
💬 Experience working with young people or backgrounds such as youth work, mentoring, coaching, education, justice or community support
🎤 A confident communicator who can engage, motivate and inspire
🤝 Able to work flexibly, independently and as part of a team
⏰ Hours & Salary
🕒 Full time (37 hours per week)
🔁 Part-time hours may be considered – flexible to suit
💷 £25,750 – £27,931 or £28,700 – £30,545 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
