🎉 We’re Hiring! – Team Leader (Youth Guarantee)
📍 Friar Gate Studios, Derby
📅 Contract until March 2027 (possible extension)
Futures is partnering with Derby City Council to deliver the Youth Guarantee Trailblazer, supporting young people with SEND into education, employment and training. We’re looking for a passionate Level 6 qualified Careers Adviser ready to step into a Team Leader role and make a real impact.

🌟 What You’ll Do
•    👥 Provide 1:1 CIAG to young people with SEND (14–25)
•    🧭 Lead, support and mentor another Careers Adviser
•    📊 Monitor performance, referrals and key outcomes
•    🤝 Build strong links with schools, employers and council partners
•    🎤 Deliver sessions and events through the Derby Promise
•    🔍 Stay informed on Derby's post 16 pathways and supported internships
•    ✅ Maintain accurate records and support continuous quality improvement
•    🗣️ Represent Futures at internal and external meetings as needed

✅ What You’ll Need
•    🎓 Level 6 IAG qualification
•    💼 Experience supporting young people with SEND (including EHCPs)
•    👔 Line management or team leading experience
•    🏢 Willingness to work onsite at the SEND Hub in Derby
•    🚗 Ability to travel across Derby City
💬 A contribution to travel costs may be negotiable.
