🚀 Tracking Officer – National Careers Service
Remote 10am–6pm Occasional Saturdays
Are you organised, people-focused and driven by results? Join us as a Tracking Officer and play a key role in helping people move into work, learning or career progression at the final stage of their National Careers Service journey.

👋 What you’ll be doing

  • Tracking and recording job and learning outcomes for customers
  • Staying in touch via phone, SMS and email to capture progress
  • Accurately updating our CRM system and collecting outcome evidence
  • Gathering customer feedback through satisfaction surveys
  • Signposting and referring customers to relevant internal and external support
  • Working to clear KPIs, contract standards and compliance guidelines
  • Collaborating with a supportive, fast-paced remote team
